2007 Hunters Sauvignon Blanc. This classic and historic label seems to be pretty quiet these days. The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is a ripper. It shows sophistication, class, restraint and a seamless palate. Sweet lime flavours dominate a soft, silky and refined palate. All held together with gentle but lively acids. It is fresh, refreshing and classy. The texture is also notable with a very silky feel in the mouth. An extremely successful wine with food for those who crave just a little more subtle class from this variety. 97/109
