 2008 Mt Difficulty Target Gully Medium Riesling. Although described as Medium on the label, really this wine feels only just off dry. The nose displays sweet lemons, meringue and tangelo. The palate is so clean with flavours of Tangelo and citrus zest. It is lively, vibrant and well balanced. It is gorgeous summer drinking. $25 95/109
